The deer are gathering at Russell Hill Road. It should be green. Instead, we had new snow yesterday. Melting today. What a cycle! Spring is coming... spring is coming... spring is coming.
...and so is Christmas! Sorry. I couldn't resist. Dark humour has set in. That is a pile of deer. We often get evidence of their winter presence in our campsite come summertime, but I had no idea there were so many. Was Dept of Wildlife setting out haybales since the snowcover was so heavy?
